RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, then you can return it within 7 days (1 week) of delivery. Products must remain unused, complete, and in a re-saleable condition with all included accessories for a full refund to be made. You will receive the refund within three to four business days after the return of the item. To proceed with the return correctly, please contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package. Please return your item(s) via recorded postal service and retain the proof of posting. All refunds are calculated on the NET Price plus VAT; we will not refund any shipping costs incurred during this process. If an item is shipped back to us for a refund and is found to be incomplete, damaged or in a non re-saleable condition, you may be liable for a restocking fee of up to 50% of item cost depending on the extent of the damage/completeness. Hence a minimum of 50% of the amount charged will be refunded. You have the option to retrieve the item, which if you accept, a return freight charge will be incurred to the credit card last charged on your order.

If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value. All damages need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you can see that your item is damaged when the courier delivers it, please tell the driver to make a note of any damage you can see.

OUT-OFF STOCK ITEMS
Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order due to high demand. You will be notified via email if this occurs.
If you do not wish to wait for the item to be back in stock, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly -for the cancelled item(s)-.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON ALL SHIPMENTS
All our products are sent out via courier or via our haulage company and will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not in when the parcel is delivered, a card will be left with the contact telephone number of the courier. You will be able to arrange a time and date with the courier when it is convenient for you to be at the address to receive your item(s). Up to three attempts of delivery will be made. All deliveries are between 7am and 9pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If you require a Saturday delivery, then please contact us for more information and pricing. Please note that we are unable to forward to an alternate address once the order has left our warehouse. Customers are therefore reminded to make sure the delivery address provided during checkout is correct. All delivery dates are subject to the order being placed before the cut-off time of 3:30pm, availability of stock, clearance of funds and all security checks.
